The service
Social Cue provides a Claude Code plugin and Chrome extension that help you discover social-media conversations worth joining for your brands, plus an optional paid "Pro" tier that adds a unified queue, assisted posting, and scheduling through your own Postiz account. The software runs on your own machine using your own browser and AI access.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you post. Assisted posting pre-fills a draft in your own browser; you review and submit it yourself. Use the tool in line with the terms of the platforms you engage on and applicable law. Don't use it for spam, harassment, or deceptive activity.
Subscription & billing
Pro is billed monthly through Polar, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from the account page; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Because Pro is delivered as short-lived license keys, cancellation simply stops further keys from being issued.
Your license key & token
Your account token and license keys are for your own personal use, on your own machines - installing on a couple of computers you use yourself is fine. Sharing them to give other people paid access is a breach of these terms and may result in revocation without refund.
Refunds
If Pro isn't for you, email hello@trysocialcue.com within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. You can cancel anytime from the account page. When a subscription lapses, the software simply returns to the free tier - your local queue and settings stay intact.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for how third-party platforms respond to your activity, or for any indirect or consequential damages.
